Welcome to Team Chicago

Team Chicago is an Illinois based Spring/Summer program composed of AAA ice hockey players with a 2008 birth year. AAA Hockey, also known as “Tier I” is the top competition level available to youth hockey players in the United States. Our program is highly selective and allows for these players to compete at the highest level, practice against and play alongside some of the most elite 2008 AAA ice hockey talent in Illinois. The aim of our program is to assemble not only the most skilled 2008 players in the hopes of fostering a dynamic, highly competitive ice hockey team, but to also find players with great character, who work hard in the classroom and contribute to their communities.

Team Chicago is designed to be affordable for all families. We attract players from various communities and all socioeconomic backgrounds. The hallmarks of our coaching philosophy are for this to be fun, skills-based, and competitive. Team Chicago is also a time where players can get together each year to play alongside players they compete against during our regular AAA season. Team Chicago competes against some of the best competition found in the Midwest and North America, while adhering to our pledge of making this opportunity as reasonably priced as possible for our participating families.
